The Australian Government, the Law and Justice Foundation and Macquarie Legal Centre have created a plain language legal resource for young people, which is informative and fun. The Real Deal: Youth Justice cards is a standard deck of playing cards each individually designed with legal advice, tips and information related to young people’s issues. The project covers issues that may affect young people, such as contracts, debts, drugs, alcohol, robbery, assault and police powers. As we are a community legal centre a small fee will be charged to keep costs to a minimum. Each deck costs $5.00 plus postage/handling excluding GST. For youth or community services or organisations the first 10 are free. Download an order form and follow the instructions to order cards.
